11 Months

We have been going non-stop the last few weeks. And it doesn't look like it will be stoping anytime soon. In addition to that, our laptop crashed so I snagged my Dad's laptop to just give everyone a quick update on Roo.

-She is so close to walking! She has taken 6 steps at most so far. She just doesn't want to get off those tip toes of hers.

-She is a babbling, talking little girl and goes non-stop. I like to call her hurricane Aubri because she can make the biggest mess in a matter of seconds.

-She claps, smacks her lips, raises the roof, plays catch, loves to play hide and seek.

-As far as talking goes, she says Mama, Dada, Ma (Austins main name she calls him, so funny.) More, and she has started to sign more, Mom and Dad. Just this morning she was working the the J and G sound...maybe she is getting ready to say Jenni? Or Grandma?

We just adore our little peanut. She has finally gained back her weight (She lost 2 pounds while she was sick for a while. Broke my heart.) She is becoming more and more alive.  We love her funny personality.. We are celebrating her first thanksgiving this week and her first birthday party on Sunday! We know it early, but December is just too busy with all the parties going on. Wish us luck that we surivie. We have some great things planned and can't wait to share!

Halloween 2012

Halloween was a busy one this year.   All of our friends are avid Halloween lovers.  This year was the first time we have ever  dressed up.  Neither are into it.  So we dressed up as a herd of cows. Pretty classic, right?

Aubri made the cutest calf ever! I couldn't resist putting a pink bow on her costume.
Aubri, Bre and Braylee. These girlies are BFF's and love playing with eachother.

Checking out eachothers costumes. Aubri was very skeptical of all the costumes.
Yesteryday, we had to take Aubri to the doctor. She got her second flu booster and was being checked because she has nothing but the runs lately (3-4 times a day.) Turns out she has lost 2 pounds, in two weeks and we put her on lactose formula for the next week or so. Thankfully, our wonderful pediatrician loaded us up on formula so we won't have to buy any for a while. Thank you Dr. Johnson!!  But between her stomach and the shot, she was a emotional and exhausted. So she was down for bed at 6:30.  At least she got to go to trick-or-treating at Austin's work party.

Aubri and Bray experienced their first bounce house party. And they loved it!! Aubri is a thrill seeker and this is her kind of "toy".  We hope everyone enjoyed their Halloween! Because we sure did. (We watched the Jazz game, GO JAZZ!!)
